Materials Selection

With over 45 years of injection molding experience, we've molded parts from many different material types.  Each thermoplastic material has it's own unique set of parameters for injection molding.  Our Scientific Injection Molding approach to process development allows us to establish the right process for your material and application to ensure that minor material variations don't result in major quality variations.  Our experience with such a large range of thermoplastic materials allows us to quickly identify potential pitfalls that might be unique to your material selection and proactively overcome them early in the project rather than being stuck in a reactive state after the first tool sampling.

A sampling of some of the material grades we have run is below, but is by no means an all inclusive list.  Contact a Wabash Engineer today!
